We ordered these on Monday afternoon and got them early Wednesday...and that was the week of Easter. The two-sided logo is a bonus as most cups have the logo on the inside of the cup (for right-handed drinkers). Everyone that we gave them to absolutely enjoys them. The color is a deeper blue than the picture. But don't let that sway you...absolutely incredible. Winner.

The coffee cup is good, functional and our logo looks good. But the cobalt blue color looks purple and five mugs were broken when they arrived.

On our part we didn't quite get it. We are using them for a show we are doing on Keeping are High School Dropouts in school and programs for bringing them back to school. We also gave all of our guests and crew a mug a piece.

The item itself is fine, but 4imprint did not follow instructions to print as a "wrap" with the image repeated on both sides. The single image is on the end opposite the handle.

Some (5) of the mugs we received had rend paint or ink inside of them that we were not able to remove. Some of the mugs have imperfections such as bubbles or lumps in the mug itself.

Mug and logo design turned out great, but when the first person who received one went to use theirs, it turned out to be cracked. It had never been used or put in the dishwasher, so I can only assume that this happened during shipping? I only hope that this does not reflect on the quality of the mug - I will be giving them out during this year as employee birthday gifts and hope that they will not all be like this.
