I was very pleased with the customer service rep. who answered my questions and helped me decide which color best matched my logo. The mugs are a great size and shape and the handle is easy to hold. My logo turned out very nice. I just realized that the mugs came without the free 2nd side imprint, which would have made the mug that much nicer. So that's a little disappointing. I liked being able to order a small quantity (36) so that I could see the finished mugs in person before ordering more. The mugs were well packed and none of them were broken. About 15[%] had what appeared to be smeared ink on them, causing me to have to scrub that off before I could give them out. One was near the gold metallic of my logo and scrubbing with a Brillo pad caused some of the gold metallic to be rubbed off. On the whole, I am happy with the mugs and the company.

we ordered the challenger mugs so that our office could become more green and stop wasting so many sytrofoam/wax paper cups. the mugs look great and serve their purpose well. the depth is great too and holds the coffee much better than our previous paper cups did.

I would not suggest you to my friends right now because the imprint rubbed right off the mug after being washed. Our church ordered these for Father's Day and it may be too late to remedy the problem and get new mugs here

It was kind of hard to understand why the 2 colors in my company's logo weren't necessarily going to match up. I know you have to print each color separately, but I've seen other 2 color logos on mugs that look perfect, and ours wasn't. The customer service was exceptional, so I wasn't willing to have to search around for another vendor. I just wish that the product itself and the printing process lived up to your company.

I am very pleased with the quality of these mugs. The color is bright and the lettering is crisp and easy to read. We use them to take out to the guests who visit our church. We were very pleased with this mug and how our logo looked on it. The size of the mug and handle were excellent and our people really liked the shape of it. The way our employees' club logo was placed on both sides in white with the Cobalt color was perfect. I would say based on our budget, that out of all the premiums we have done for our employees, this one ranks at the top.

Very disappointed in the appearance of the red on the black cup, does not show up well. The options were red or white in text so we thought the red would be much brighter and easy to read, but very hard to see. Customer service was great but not happy with the product. We have other cups to order and are currently looking at other vendors due to our now over stock on a poor product. Like the cup design and feel of holding it.

We all love the mug, it's shape, it's weight and balance.... We sometimes fill it with other items and wrap it up with colored cellophane and a bow. Very nice. Wish I'd spent the extra and gotten one made up before the whole lot was made, because the red printing is not what I thought I'd be getting. When we order the next lot, I'll make sure to check more closely on the colors.

These mugs were ordered to be given to new visitors to the church. We have gotten wonderful feedback about them. We also provided them to be purchased by members, and they have been very popular. We've gotten excellent reactions to the shape of the mug, and one lady made a point of letting me know how much she liked the large handle since it allowed her to use her whole hand to lift the mug. That was important because she has arthritis in her hand. We're very happy with the quality of both the mugs and the imprint on them.
