These caps were used to give 85 men at a Church Men's Retreat in the mountains a sense of identity and unity among 500 men attending. The caps served their purpose admirably. 4imprint was a delight to work with. The caps were very nice, the screen print was of high quality, and I found no mistakes.

But, The first order was a bit messed up because of the screen color black on the dark blue hat. Was not identifiable, but Jennifer gave me full credit and I was able to use them, I painted over with white. The second order came out perfectly well.

The hat came out nice, but when we got the proof, we asked if the final version would have so many loose threads on the back. 4imprint said it wouldn't, and that the proof was rushed to give us a good idea what the final would look like. Unfortunately, when we got the 500 we ordered, there were lots of loose, hanging threads on the interior of the hat. They were not tied together, and almost threadbare. Overall, the hat on the front looks nice .. and it was a good price, but the thread thing bothered us.

These looked great -- I wasn't sure how the screen printing would look after only having seen an embroidered sample. Everyone loved them and the price was right. My organization is non-profit and grant-funded for the most part so economy is important. As a note regarding all of your products, I find the samples very helpful.
