The caps were OK, but the art department for some reason could not reproduce the original art (font), replacing it with an inferior smoother version.

The hat came out nice, but when we got the proof, we asked if the final version would have so many loose threads on the back. 4imprint said it wouldn't, and that the proof was rushed to give us a good idea what the final would look like. Unfortunately, when we got the 500 we ordered, there were lots of loose, hanging threads on the interior of the hat. They were not tied together, and almost threadbare. Overall, the hat on the front looks nice .. and it was a good price, but the thread thing bothered us.
