The color of the logo was supposed to be blue, not lavendar. The printing was nice but much smaller than I thought it would be. The cups are nice, but I just was kind of disappointed.

The product was a good price to turn around a sell in our giftshop for a 100[%] profit. They are heavy duty, and everyone in our office uses the ones they were given religiously. Although the graphics took awhile to get corrected, the end product was exactly has expected (per the sample). It looks very well made and the high gloss make for a better item for the recipient (added value).
