I am the president of a college organization and this was the first thing I had ever purchased for our organization. I love the product, and I highly recommend it to everyone. The service was great and I faxed in a drawing of what I wanted with the colors written in on the side and within a day I received the artwork back and they worked with me until everything was what I wanted. I can't wait to order future things.

We ordered buttons for a forum. They were a big hit. Everyone appreciated the design and the diversity displayed. Even though they were specifically designed for one event, we feel they are appropriate for any community service project. Thank you for the quick turn around. Even though the buttons are not in the catalog; when i called to inquire the customer service rep was MOST helpful and guided me through the process efficiently.

I really appreciated the fast, courteous service; the surprise that I received when the color I requested was provided, even though the quantity was less then allowed for that color. I didn't tell my customer, I let it be a surprise, since we had already changed the color due to the quantity being less then allow. He was so pleased and has said that his next order will be for a larger quantity. Thank you so much.

Easy to order, setup and re-order, competitive pricing and products were delivered before the delivery date both times we ordered them. The down side was I do not feel like I had complete control of the final product. The original order and the re-order were both not exactly what I was expecting. Both times I tried to fix the issue with my rep and the production artist but the issue was never resolved. I eventually had to give in each time due to time constraints. The client was happy but I felt that the final product was mediocre.

These weren't really what I had expected either. The border was much, much thicker by like at least 2 point sizes than I had planned. I just wanted a thin green border around the edge and this was chunky. I was pretty disappointed.
