It wasn't exactly like the artwork we sent you but it was OK. We were a little disappointed as it was hard to see the problem on the artwork. Also, we did not get a notice that they had been shipped. They came early, which was good, but I thougt they were coming later and made special arrangements to get them to the show which I had to cancel. If I had gotten the shipping confirmation I would have been better prepared.

I was frustrated because I ended up ordering black ink. Maybe it was my error in seeing the ink selection, but I would have much rather had blue ink.

The pens are dark and the words do not show up well, I knew they were blue when I picked the print color but did not realize how dark they were.

The pen was pretty much what I expected. So I liked that there were no surprises. The only thing is that I expected the print color (navy) would be a bit darker. I do like the way the pen writes.

The colors WE chose weren't quite what we thought they would be. We were looking for a royal blue tip, not a sky blue tip. It was our choice, not yours, so we're calling this the year of the ugly pen . It's been a fun mistake. It was not reflection on you. Thanks, Carol

THE PEN WAS FINE, LOGO GREAT, THE PATIENTS, BEING ELDERLY WOULD HAVE LIKED IT TO BE A EASIER PEN TO GRASP, SO NEXT YEAR, WE WILL ORDER A THICKER ONE WITH MAYBE A RUBBER GRASPING AREA.
