The writing quality of the pen is great, as is the quality of the imprint! I just wish the font on my biz name could've been quite a bit bigger. Next time I reorder I'll try to request the largest available font size to make the text easier to read. Also, the colors of the actual pen barrel, trim & imprint varied from the colors shown on website. Next time I'll be sure to get an advanced sample before finalizing my order. Overall, I'm satisfied with the finished product.

It wasn't exactly like the artwork we sent you but it was OK. We were a little disappointed as it was hard to see the problem on the artwork. Also, we did not get a notice that they had been shipped. They came early, which was good, but I thougt they were coming later and made special arrangements to get them to the show which I had to cancel. If I had gotten the shipping confirmation I would have been better prepared.
