The mugs received were exactly what we had ordered. We received the mugs very quickly, quicker than expected. We wish that our logo had printed larger to fill up more of the space on the mug, but overall we are happy with this product.

The travel mug holds the heat well. My only complaints were the position of the logo on the cup was a little off center and the vent mechanism on the top of the mug was not as large as I would have preferred. However these are minor complaints and we are otherwise happy with our purchase.
