I have heard from some people that the logo comes off and the bottom rubber falls off, but they may be putting them in a dishwasher.

I am a member of the New York Association for Continuing/Community Education (NYACCE) and each year, we have a Student of the Year Awards Ceremony. I am on the committee and I chose these travel mugs to go in a bag for the award recipients with NYACCE on the front. Love the color, we ordered the blue, well made. The shape of the handle is perfect for men's larger hands and our women loved the tapered bottoms that fit so well into todays car's cup holders. The press down top is so much more secure than the twist on kind that frequently moves the mouthpeice just a tad bit out of the comfort zone. The imprint was perfect.

The mug itself is exactly as described. Customer service was friendly and fast. I was disappointed when I received the mugs because there was a solid line going across the top of the print of each mug that was distracting. Other than that, I was happy.
