I was a little disappointed in the quality of the cooler. I ordered one similar last year and was extremely happy with the quality. These were much cheaper, very thin.

We loved the koozie, but unbeknownst to us there were some koozies from another person's event mixed in with our order. We didn't see them and some of our golfers got them in their gift bag! We know they probably didn't care, but the ones we ordered were so nice and matched everything else, that getting one that said County fair , at a Memorial golf tournament was quite tacky!

koozies were great,however the plastic cups we ordered came in with the logo and website not lined up properly. You reprinted the cups at no cost to us but it was unfortunate and could have been a problem had we not allowed extra lead time. You might want to find out what caused the alignment error so you don't have to correct this for other customers.

We particularly like the color selection you offer for the Koozie - red is very important to our brand. We also liked that we could choose the imprint color as well. It was VERY EASY to get our artwork to you. I just had to send a normal logo and I only had to type out the other copy I wanted. You took care of the rest.
