Really enjoy the product. The comments we have been getting have been how nice the pen feels in their hand, and the message says a lot to them. They enjoy the ease of clicking, its not a challenge to engage the pen. The durability of this pen is also well liked since a lot of our customers are on the flightlline and in tough environments. It continues to operate like a champ. We give these pens out during our Out and About squadron visit program. If someone takes the time to give us feedback or identify a problem in their section they get a pen. It isn't used as a reward just more to get peolpe talking to us. Our office is the Equal Opportunity arm of the Wing Commander. There have been times in the past where members of our staff had not always been welcomed but with of the use of your pens its gives us an ice breaker and a foot in the door.
