We purchased them for our upper division teachers here at our school for teacher appreciation week. We haven't actually given them to the teachers yet, but we received a sample in the mail before we ordered them and we were very pleased. We ordered about 60 of them. Our school logo looks very nice and I think our teachers are going to really like them.

The umbrella's we received are great. We were using these as one of our give-a-ways for our United Way Campaign. The only thing we would have liked is our logo to have been a lighter blue, more like the color on the graphic we sent over. I understand that it might not come across as the correct blue because it was printed on black, just the same, it looks great!

the product was great. i was worried after reading some of the reviews and the problems other customers had but when the products were delivered, they looked fantastic and we had no mechanical difficulties with the umbrellas. the imprint looked as specified and expected. i wish it could have been a larger imprint, but i understand. everyone i had contact with were very quick in responses.

There have been issues with this item. The first batch I received (which were replaced)would 'pop' open (handle/center-post spring up) by simply hitting them against ones palm. With the replaced batch I have at least one that has a sharp metal fragment at the spoke area where you actually unfold the umbrella.

The first test print you sent of our logo was colored incorrectly - was blue where it was supposed to be white and white where it was supposed to be blue. I called your co to let them know, and was told what to write on the response to change the colors around. When we received the umbrellas, the colors were still incorrect.

This was a gift given to all employees (and some left over, intentionally, for clients.) The umrella was fine, for the cost. I would have done better to order an unbrella at least one grade up. But the colors and impront were fine. In general so was the funcitoning of the umbrella

We were very pleased with the quality of the umbrellas, and we have received many complimentary remarks from the 1200 employees to whom we sent them. The imprint was clear and just as we ordered. We had one umbrella we didn't distribute due to silver paint from the imprint on the handle. We just sent them out last week, and so far no one has said their's doesn't work!

The product came out looking great, overall very pleased... the ends of the umberllas did seem to pop out and break, making the umbrella seem cheap. I don't think we would order these again, but we would use 4Imprint again, I think. The customer service levels were great, very easy to work with and had no problem understanding what we were asking for. Like I said before, we were just disapoined in the quality of the umbrealla.
