The binders were nice and the embossing work was done very well. We had some (about 6) of the binders that came cracked on the inside by the 3-ring binder hardware. I called customer service and they were very pleasant and helpful.

We did not have the portfolios screen-printed -- we just wanted the notebooks themselves without a logo. The quality was excellent; the price was less than Sam's Club for essentially the same item; and shipment was made within a couple of days by 4Imprint. It was probably unusual to order items from you without the imprint, but that was what we wanted, and you were quick to oblige.

Really liked the Handle and the 3 ring binder, outside looks good too. the only problem we found is when you put anything into the inside pockets the seams come undone. we have used superglue to keep them together.

Windsor Reflections Presentation Portfolio - Debossed is an awesome folder, it's soft to the touch, they are for our Women's Retreat, they hold lots or paper work and still have room for a book/Bible. The debossed was smaller that I though it would be, but I didn't ask to make it as big as possible, but my logo came out lovely, we are very please with the Windson Portfolio.

The portfolios are great and we've sold quite a few. I have to admit, however, that the picture of the two-tone blue/black one is a bit deceiving. It appeared to be blue canvas and black vinyl. I was actually hoping that it would be canvas and vinyl. Oh well, they're still great!

The design process took WAY too long. The sample that was sent first didn't have my logo on it but the next one did and it was WONDERFULLY debossed. The actual shipment arrived and the lettering within the symbol looked more like someone had scrathed it on with a 20 penny nail! Very disappointing compared to all the work that had gone into it on my part as well as your artistic lady's endeavours; VERY DISAPPOINTING !
