I used the Business Card sized magnets to display our hours of operations. We have different hours each week day, and it was hard for our members to keep track. We never got the logo centered perfectly as I would have liked, but I got tired of trying to get it right, so we just ordered them as they were, anyway. Other than this minor flaw, we were happy with the item. We sent one to all of our clients, volunteers, and stakeholders when we moved. Our client base is elderly, and very phone (no email/internet) oriented. Having a magnet with a phone number was really helpful - only downside is, as soon as we did move, the phone rang off the hook with them wanting services!

The user interface is very easy and logical. My only complaint is the relatively minimal color choices I had on the site -- the color pallet on the site should have many more choices and shadings. I had to specify, in writing, to for a different blue, and I should have asked for a darker shade of gray.

(First--two little problems: one set of our magnets was too purple; the rest were the proper blue, and one set went badly astray but your staff worked to replace them in the nick of time.) The multi-color magnets we had customized for each of our branch libraries look wonderful and give the people in each library's community convenient contact information they don't have to search for in the phone book. It wasn't really how I pictured them to look. There was too much of the green color at the bottom below our website and not enough negative space at the top above the tree illustration. Seemed really off center like the entire design was pushed up a half inch or more. They were okay but not great.

Quality of magnet and gloss finish was fine, but the cuts were not perfectly straight on the bottom edge, curved downward slightly towards the two bottom outer corners.
