Great product. We use them at our School to escort the students to/from their cars and buses. This keeps our students and staff dry! The logo makes it easier to keep the umbrellas on the premises! They were also an excellent price value, after checking 3 other vendors!

I am torn about my experience and the product delivered to me by your company. I had problems with the artwork and had to send it back several times. I asked to switch the colors and FOUR times, they sent the artwork back completely unchanged. It wasn't until I called my customer service rep that it was changed. I also requested that my logo take up the most possible space on the black panel of the umbrella. I was told that the artwork did not allow this graphic but was ASSURED that it would be as large as possible and span from one side of the black to the either. It is less than half of the size I desired and that was explained to me. I did have some positive experiences as well... The product quality is very good and shipment was delivered early.

Our umbrellas were shipped and delivered before the ink from the printing cooled, therefore; we were left with blotchy logos. We weren't happy with the appearance, however; your customer service is excellent. We were refunded the entire cost and were allowed to keep the umbrellas at no charge.
