The problem I had was with re-ordering items via your website. The Bic pens and Chip clips had been ordered before, but not on the same order. When I tried to re-order I had to submit two separate orders instead of one. This messed up the Purchase Requisition and delayed payment to you. Also the chip clip order was delayed substantially, which was frustrating.

The pens are great, they write nice and the overall appearence looks nice. The only complaint I got from the offices that I dropped them off at were the caps on the pens. They prefer pens that you can click to get the ink instead of opening a cap each time.

I had ordered some Bic pens exactly like this from another vendor about a year ago, it took forever to get our proof, and then almost 3 weeks to get them in the mail. Working with 4imprint was SO easy and nice, that I will order everything I need for marketing from them. Good product and turnaround. My only complaint is that I had taken time to design camera-ready artwork (or so I thought) only to have it redone by your artists and the remake is very often not as good as the original. In the end, though, I got an acceptable facsimile of my art.

Great Item - only issue was with the design of the print. We sent over a specific design file, which has worked fine for other printers, and your designers felt it needed to be changed, they said the file we sent wouldn't print well - even though others have had no problems. These pens were supposed to match the thousands of other pens we have and they don't now.

This set of pens seems fine. We had trouble with them exploding in the past or dripping ink. The Paper cubes we ordered previous were of poor quality. The paper does not rip off cleanly and the quality of the print is poor.

We've had about a half dozen reports of the pens exploding . In other words, the ball breaks down and the ink flows out. We've reported it and it was suggested to us to get some samples of the bad pens. Unfortunately, the people that had this happen threw them away immediately to avoid getting ink all over them so no samples exist. I just wondered if you received any other complaints?

The pen itself is great and is cost effective, the printing I was not happy with. This is not a 4imprint problem, its a Bic problem, my actual PMS colors were somewhat off due to the off white color of the pen and was not true to color as related to my other products. I will not do a fully color logo on this pen again.

Good quality pen (nicer than a stic pen) at a very favorable price. The only down side--we personalized the ink to match our school color (PMS 542) and that doesn;t match the brighter blue on the end of the cap and near the tip of the pen. I wish those other colored parts could have been color-matched (or left black, so there werne't two colors on the pen). Brighter/darker blue is the color of our biggest school rival!
