I had a proof sent to me and all looked good until I received the actual product. A letter is missing from our slogan and I have been promised by Terri of your company that FedEx/UPS would be picking up the product to be corrected. I've been waiting for two weeks and no one has picked it up. I contacted Terri again on Monday and she said it would be picked up this week. Today is Friday and I'm still waiting.

I should have asked for a fabric sample; i was expecting a vibrant Kelly green fabric and this one was a dull polyester color. I will only use it in the event of an emergency, because it is not of the quality that I would have expected. I was expecting a vibrant twill cotton fabric, and instead i got a VERY dull polyester. Also, the unfinished edges are quite cheap looking.
