most of them were a quality product.... 9 out of 350 had non-functional zippers... we purcahsed the prtfolio 'sets' ( paper, pen and portfolio). The pad of paper inserted in the portfolio did not 'take' the ink from the pens...As above: are the pens deficient or does the paper have some kind of sheen that does not accept the ink????and , as above: the sets did not come assembled

Looking for something that was classy but affordable for my small budget, I ordered this item to give to clients as a holiday/year-end thank you gift. My company color is drak green, and this green canvas is PERFECT, matching the ink on my business card. I am extremely pleassed with the high quality of the padfolios; i especially like the subtle, classy, but clearly debossed logo patch! My clients were very impressed when they opened their gifts--the padfolios LOOK expensive--and loved the many pockets and zippered closure. It has been a big success! I also want to thank the 4Imprint staff who really took great care of me, answered all my questions, and were very friendly.

We were a little disappointed in the color of the imprint. It looked more orangey than red, but I guess that was due to the screen design instead of embroidery.

The product was perfect for our presentation to golf hole sponsors. Must say the writing pads enclosed looked a bit wrinkled or worn , so we replaced some of them with new pads. No big deal-, but you may wish to take a look at that. It was a sharp item with excellent screening for the price.

We are the sales dept of a publishing company and always looking for attractive items to give as gifts to the new Library Science teachers graduating from school to introduce them to our company. We filled the portfolio with our rep's business card and several of our catalogs and let the rest of it speak for itself. We were very pleased with the item, the screen printing and the size of our logo. We also keep our eyes open for FLAT (or relatively flat) items we can put in the envelopes of catalogs we send to college and university department admins as a Thank you for distributing our catalogs into the individual instructor's mailboxes for us. We've done mouse pads, key chains, pens before and are looking for new ideas. Creative calendars (popups?), picture frames, creative sticky notes (book shaped?) are some other ideas we have thought of, but haven't seen anything creative that really sparked our interest in making a purchase.

We submitted a basic design for the logo and text on the front of the portfolio cover, but once it was printed, the text seemed a bit compressed in appearance, and it didn't seem to have changed very much from our original design. I would have welcomed any suggestions for modifications from your art dept., but none were received. However, due to the time constraints, it was sufficient. Overall, we were very pleased with the portfolios, and the employees who were presented with them were pleased as well. We're always challenged to find an end-of-season award of some quality for our seasonal staff and at the same time keep the costs reasonable. We were able to accomplish this very successfully this year, thanks to your company. Your customer service representative, Cathy Vey, was very helpful, and I was pleased that she and others among your staff went to the measures they did to ensure that the order was received in time for our presentation day. Please extend my thanks for a good job.
