Overall the balls are satisfactory however they came in two slightly different shades of green and slightly different feels . The slightly lighter-colored balls were also softer. Frankly I wish they had all been this texture as the others were a little firm for a stress ball. My other issue was that the art I approved showed a circle that was slightly smaller than the actual balls turned out to be. (I suppose it represented the printable area but I didn't realize that.) The overall effect was that our logo looked smaller on the actual ball. Neither of these issues would prevent us from ordering this item in the future, but I thought you should be aware of these issues.

Overall the stress balls are great. The colors and clarity of the imprint are excellent. Working with the 4imprint representatives was easy and very pleasant. My only complaint is how quickly the graphic wore off the stress balls. I and my colleagues tried it out. One, who used it fairly regularly during the day, wore off the imprint within a couple hours. I used mine for about a total of 10 minutes throughout the day and the graphic became cracked and faded. Again, my experience with ordering, purchasing, and working with company representatives was fantastic. I wish the graphic were sturdier.
