I ordered black with red imprint and after sending in my art work I was notified that they were not able to produce the bags. A total waist of time!

The set up of my logo and the actual appearance of the bag was terrific, it appeared great. That was until I filled it with a few promotional items. Once it was filled we noticed that many of the bags got holes in the bottom. Unfortunately, I had to go through each filled bag and double bag the items.

This item is just what I wanted, however, somehow it was cancelled from my original order and after I inquired as to why I hadn't received it, 4imprint indicated they didn't know how it got cancelled so they started all over with a new order and new order number which became very confusing to me because I was led to believe that you (4imprint) had the original order that had been approved; at any rate, after waiting for over 6 weeks, 4imprint emails me an approval for the item and I approved it thinking that you just wanted to make sure you were using the correct logo, but also thinking that you still had the text that had previously been approved. To keep this from being any longer, after almost 2 months, I received 2500 convention bags with a logo but no identifying information like program, address, telephone no.
