Nice cup. However we were VERY unhappy with the color. We chose "almond" and it's very yellow. The color "almond" on the website looks nice, but in real life it's yellow! Beware.

The darker blue color and lettering made the mug classy and the receivers seemed to genuinely like it. The artwork was perfectly laid out on every mug with no breakages. Good value for the cost.

The mugs had a number of defects in the finish - mostly surface pits, some variability in color as well (lighter blue at the bottom than in the center of the cup). The sample cup had no visible defects.

It is easy to order over the phone, but, I never find it easy to order over the internet!! NEVER. Not with any company. So, thank you for the live and courteous service. Also, it was uncomplicated reordering since it has been a year, but your girl had it all in front of her and I truely appreciate not having to start from scratch. You are great to deal with. The printing on the mugs was very sloppy. There were drips, flakes and pieces of junk in the paint. the yellow paint was faded. Not the same yellow I requested.

the color of the mug delivered is not the color shown online or in your catalog. The delivered mug was much darker than what we thought it would be and did not match the customers company colors. The samples that were sent to us we thought were a sample of the mug and not the color as there were no instructions enclosed. Secondly, we were told and forwarded the information to our customer that a two color imprint was available. The day they were to be sent to us 4 imprint advised us that they could not do a two color but rather only a 1 color imprint which delayed the promised delivery by a day. Lastly, our customer received the wrong color mug, received only a 1 color imprint rather than 2 and the order was a day late!

The mug has been very well received by our customers. Several have said that while they were drinking their coffee from it, they thought of giving us a call. Also, a mug is an item found in a sugarhouse, whereas some token gift items would not be. We're almost out of our second order--may have to go with a third!
