Some of the printing on some of the pens on the word smile is missing. (The color) I had 2 of them break the first day they were used. We havent given many out yet so I dont know if that will continue as our Staff use them.

The pens write very well. The clicker part also works fine. Three of the pens were unscrewed when they arrived, but overall, we are satisfied with the quality and love the words.
