We were very happy with the look and feel of the pens and the printing. We are handing them out at the office and leaving them around town at the bank and local post office because we feel they are a great way to promote our new dental clinic. We are so glad we decided upon a mid-price pen because they work well, something we are proud to hand out to promote ourselves. We also want to say that the process of ordering and designing the pens, including the customer support from Sue, far surpassed our expectat ions. We appreciated the simplicity of the design process and your willingness to let us experiment with different text and layouts before approval. We will definitely be ordering pens from you next time we need them.

These were a huge hit in the office. We normally spen $$ on our pens, but budgets are tight & when I saw these I told them why not give them a try. We can give more out without near the cost. There were a few +/- comments. I ordered them & everyone in the office is using them over our $$ pens & I was told to let them know when I find a similar deal / pen.

My customers like the pens that are a bit wider and with a gripper area. I was amazed that I could get that at such a low price. The pens were on a close-out sale. When we got them, they wrote nicer and smoother than the previous style I had ordered (that coust a few cents more than these). I was totally amazed at the quality. The imprinting was just great also. Customers actually come in and ask if they can have additional pens because they like them so much!
