This product looked way more thicker on the picture in the catalog. Many of our employess where disappointed with the thiness of the bag. They felt that the bags could not hold heavier items as they hoped for.

First, your staff was incredibly efficient, and helpful. The product was a little disappointing, from the picture on the website, you get the impression of a heavy duty smart looking bag, what I got was not. I do not fault the printing, it was fine. It's a case of you get what you pay for.

The photos made the bags look much thicker and sturdier than they actually are. They also show the ink pen attached to the little loop, and everything stands up nice, but in reality, the material is rather thin, and when a pen is attached, it pulls the bag down. A bit disappointing. The color, and the imprint artwork turned out great! And the electronic editing with your staff was effortless (I had my concerns, but they were quickly relieved!)

The women really loved the richness of the color and the size of the bag. They were impressed that such a light weight bag could hold so much. I really am glad that I chose this bag and it was reasonably priced. We will definitely do business again

We placed twice the same order. At the first order we have 3 different color the same bags with our company logo printed on the face. We received 2 colors bags without our logo printed and they rush to us with the correction. At the second order we received the 2 colors on time and the 3rd one arrive 10 days later. In general we received what we ordered.
