The bags are nicer quality than I expected that they would be. In spite of being very light weight, the bags are sturdy and hold quite a lot of groceries. The printing was good quality. This was the first product that I've ever ordered from 4imprint, and the process was incredibly fast and easy.

I sent in a logo for Mt. Baker Care center and asked to have Summit Place assisted living and phone numbers added on. The writing was so small for Summit place you could not read it or the phone numbers very well at all. It also took several trys and phone calls to get staff to recieve the logo I found that very frustrating. The bag itself we really like - the printing not at all.

The reason for this is that on one bag was the promotional information for an insurance co. in CA and our logo on the other side. People are very impressed with the size and durability of this bag. We get a lot of compliments on it. We are a family distributing the bags in memory of our daughter who passed away in 2007. She loved the fact that Ireland charged for plastic bags and everyone used their own. The Thunder tote was spacious and exceeded my expectations. Many grocery stores are selling similar bags - but none have the roominess and more importantly, the Thunder Tote has longer straps to make it possible to put the bag over my shoulder.
