Purchasing pens isn't always an easy task as you really never know the smoothness in the writing until you have them. These are extremely comfortable to hold and the ink flows without any blotching that I've seen other pens do. All of my employees are very happy with the quality and appearance of these pens!

We think these pens were great. They were definitely better than what we originally had. What really emphasized to us that they were good quality pens, was when I received the delivery, keeping in mind how the delivery process can be torture to the product itself, the pens were intact and were not damaged.

I just loved the whole process of ordering. It was so easy to do. I was able to make the changes on line. Toni was extremely helpful and so was someone else when Toni wasn't there. The school community loved the pens and several people commented that it was one of the nicest pens they ever got and that the quality was very high. Of course it was fun that we had the library name and logo. Thank you fo rmaking me look good.

We love these pens! The only thing that could have made them better would be a recommended ink color for each of the different barrel colors. USUALLY black is the most visiable color on a non-black barrel. In our case a light colored ink would have been better. While 'Silver' was standard, when we email about concerns of visablity and thought that black might show up better, no one stated otherwise. You know the products better then we the customer do. A heads up that while the bright blue barrel is really bright a light color print would show up better would have been appreciated :) The black is acceptable just not ideal :)

Taking into consideration the extremely low price,the owner, myself and all of our divisions thought this was a very good looking pen, had the grip we all like and ink flow was right on first time. Did not have to scribble on scrap paper to make them write. Kudo's to you!!
