You were able to take our new logo and place on the item. The process from the time I sent the logo to the proof went smoothly. We love this mug. Very trendy! The only complaint I have is it is not as vibrant of a lime green as in the magazine. The color on line was more accurate but we really were looking more towards the vibrant catch-your-eye lime.

The spooner mug is a great conversation piece - it get's your name noticed. The ordering process was easy and my questions were answered promptly and correctly the first time. Packaging was excellent - no damage in shipment. There were tiny flays in the glazing on a few of the mugs, but we kept those for in-house use.

I think the mugs came out pretty good. Except there was a line that went through by the letter V that I mentioned to our rep at 4imprint after we received the samples. But, the line still came through on the mug. Obivously nothing could of been done to prevent that from happening. Otherwise they looked good.

The mugs and design print look great. We were a little concerned the white logo would not show well, but it does. Pack the spoons carefully when taking to a client. We've had two break when we were transporting several individual cups to a client.

We liked the unique design of the mug. Because there is a child in all of us, we liked the little plus of getting a ceramic spoon and have a place to attach it to the cup so it doesn't get separated. Everybody has a mug, but the uniqueness of this product is why we chose it. You did a great job of duplicating our logo on it, too.

I love that it was packaged so well that the shipment arrived with none broken!! Excellent service. My residents and board of directors thought they we unique. They had never seen a mug with a spoon. Some family members asked where we got them and asked if they could have a mug. Trying to place my order was a little confusing. I thought I had placed my order, when I was contacted again and again by others asking for confirmations and or logo's, when I had requested what I wanted on the mugs.
