The mugs were perfect. First I received a sample with the same color I used later, so I knew what I was going to receive. AND THE GOOD THING IS THAT I JUST RECEIVED EXACTLY WHAT I EXPECTED TO!
The packaging was great! and the mugs we've used by now are in great condition (knowing it’s a fragile material)
So, overall, the result is [%]100 favorable.
