There were no surprises with the order because the ordering information proved to be very accurate. The imprint area was exactly what I expected. (I appreciate that because we have not always found that to be true.) I like the feel/grip/weight of the pen and the ink flow has proven to be smooth with no smudging or globbing. Trust that remains ;-p
