30 broken mugs arrived at our office. They were all mixed in among the boxes we received, but 30 out of 900 seems like a lot of broken mugs. I hated that there weren't more options on a full color logo or being able to see options of different colors of the font on the different types of mug colors. Very disatisfied!!!!

Wish a matching pen would've come with the notebook. It was hard to find a good pen that didn't have a rubber-ish grip that would make it hard to get it in the little pen holder. I wouldn't have minded paying more for the item if a pen came with it. Wish there was a kelly green option instead of lime green.

when I receieved the bags the thickness of each one varied greatly. Some were thin and some were thicker, some you could see through and some you could not. Made me look like I bought one set of bags then another set.
