I liked that we could order multiple/assorted colors and still receive the bulk quantity discount. But I wasn't able to enter the order online; I had to call a rep to assure we got the discounted rate. We will be using the pens as give away items at displays when we advertise our events. We have received no comments back yet from pen users, positive or negative.
