The product itself was very nice, especially for the price, but our logo didn't come out too good. It was very grainy looking and although we paid the extra $30 for the PMS match it still didn't quite look right. Otherwise we were extremely please with the ease of ordering and the approval process was excellent.
We used our luggage tags to spark interest in getting our customers to provide agenda topic input for an upcoming user conference we're hosting. In the past, our customers have been slow in responding to this survey, which was mailed in a plain letter envelope and printed on an 8.5x11 sheet of paper. So this year we decided to use a shorter simpler approach that would make it harder for our surveys to get tossed into the trash as junk mail. We printed our surveys on postage paid postcards and enclosed them with our handy new luggage tags in a neat little package to our customers. We even inserted our own information cards in the luggage tags that had a cute little message on them (including instructions telling them to remove the card and enjoy!). So far the responses have been great.
