The product itself is very nice, however I was quite disappointed in the art work. The online ability to create a quality caricature of the finished product is misleading. When we received the product it was somewhat cheap looking with much too much white around the borders. It could have been easily fixed with some basic black outlining had I known what it was really going to look like.
