We were very pleased with the quality of the umbrellas, and we have received many complimentary remarks from the 1200 employees to whom we sent them. The imprint was clear and just as we ordered. We had one umbrella we didn't distribute due to silver paint from the imprint on the handle. We just sent them out last week, and so far no one has said their's doesn't work!
