The printing quality and weight of the magnets met or exceeded expectation. I was very happy!
Customer service was great. Phone associates were very friendly, and all e-mail responses were quite helpful and quick in coming.
The only not-completely-positive comment I have is that some of the magnets seemed to be trimmed a little crooked. Not crooked in the sense that the cut wasn't square with the art, but crooked THROUGH the magnet--like the back was a little wider than the front. This is completely understandable to me considering the medium. AND my client was completely satisfied. That's the bottom line with me.
I would do business with 4imprint again!
