It is so hard to tell what you are exactly getting when you order pens, as the translation from a photo to the real thing is often disceiving. I was a little disappointed in the quality of the pen itself, but not by our logo that you put on it. As the items I ordered were for a 7 day residential retreat for teachers, we saw a lot of malfunctioning pens that week. They just didn't hold up.
