Getting information out in a format that is less likely to end up in the trash can after two weeks is what we wanted to accomplish. Based on feedback and personal experience, the magnet is one of the most economical ways of accomplishing that. Once you place a magnet on your filing cabinet or refrigerator, it remains there unless you intentionally remove it and it doesn't get in the way. Also, it is attractive and durable. Pens wear out and brochures get in the way.
