Donna's Review:
The product itself is nice. But about 20[%] of the product in the first box I opened has ink overrun and unsuitable for customer distribution. I am very disappoiunted. A family member has been critically ill so I've not had an opportunity to call you about this. It is my expectation that some adjustment be made.
