Kind of a flimsy bag, but good for the price. You seem to have difficulty getting the embroidery straight on it. Our bags came with crooked embroidery. We emailed Customer Service, and our bags were quickly replaced by more bags with crooked embroidery. Your Customer Service team seriously outperformed your Quality Assurance team this time.
