I liked the item that we purchased but the packing made some of the note pads unusable. It is great to have a quality product but if it gets damaged in shipping due to poor packing then the order is pointless.
I do understand things happen in shipment but these are note pads folded and placed on top of one another not squeezed from bouncing in the delivery truck
