The pens writes well. Ink flow is good. Something about the button on the top of the pen (when you push it down to write) feels a bit cheap. Maybe that the plastic jiggles a little. Not sure. Overall satisfied with the pen but will probably go with a different pen in the future. The personalization on the pen is actually rubbing off on a few of the pens so it worries me that this will continue to happen and my business information will no longer be on the pen ~ defeating it's purpose.
