Our umbrellas were shipped and delivered before the ink from the printing cooled, therefore; we were left with blotchy logos.
We weren't happy with the appearance, however; your customer service is excellent. We were refunded the entire cost and were allowed to keep the umbrellas at no charge. I will still be ordering from you in the future.
