This item turned out to be a very nice one. The imprint looks very good and all the interior pockets are very useful to carry all the electronics and related items we use nowadays. I ordered these for my employees for an End of Year celebration back in December and it was a hit. Service from this company was very good, specially when I had to change the delivery method after the order was finished so they could arrived earlier. They arrived right on time and without any problems.

I have no complaints about the imprint. I ordered this item with 4 additional colors and it looks terrific! The only complaint I have is with the quality of the mugs, most of them came with very notizable imperfections. From 36 ordered only 12 were good enough to give away. Very dissapointing since the imprint was beautiful. I don't know what to do with the rest of the mugs.

Really nice item as long as it is not faulty. Too many of the ones I ordered were not closing correctly so I had to check them one by one and discard the faulty ones. Very disappointing since it turned out to be a third of the whole batch discarded.
