I ordered a business card size magnet for a special event. The event was wihtin a few weeks so the person who answered the phone (Sherry) helped me pick an appropriate item that would be ready in time for our event. I received the proof within a few days and made adjustments yet still recieved the magnets for the event. And the attendees commented on the nice touch.
