Good simple pen with excellent marketing flavor for the medical comminity! One downside is that the pen must be doodled with for a bit before the ink starts flowing. This is a hassle since when passing out multiple pens as a promotion, promoter must multi-doodle in advance to avoid the impression of presenting crappy, non-functional promotional pens.
