Ordering was easy. Product was very nice and I didn't notice that we received an extra set. Only one glass was chipped. Our rep was very helpful in the design process and everyone loved them!

We loved the slingpacks - I neglected to get the wave slingpack sample, but they turned out much better than we expected. This was initially part of a fundraiser to get youth sales, but our adults bought most of them!

We also like the badge holders, they are useful during our conventions and outside (one of our nurses uses hers at work; myself and a few others use it at the airport and while traveling - easy to keep up with just the basics.) Just wish the reorder amount was lower.
