The umbrellas were just what I wanted. They are Christmas gifts for my Sunday School class of women 70 and older. I am very pleased with them and with the ease of ordering I experienced. Sue is quite an asset as a representative for your company. She was very pleasant and very helpful, both by e-mail and by phone. This is my second order and have received very courteous treatment through each step. Thanks, thanks, thanks! My ladies will be as pleased with the umbrellas ans they were with their matching tote bags two years ago.
