Great product! Cool to the touch when ice cold liquid is in it, and it can actually be held when the contents are scolding hot. My FAVORITE feature is the fact that it doesn't "sweat". I ordered this as a corporate gift to our employees and this special feature really appealed to them -- especially one's with messy desks! ha!
