This product worked very well and the salespeople were very professional. I ordered 250 flashlights. Of these there were 7 that did not work due to the light being burned out, 3 seemed to be missing a piece inside, 2 had a broken caribeener, and 3 that did not work due to missing a battery. I would like to get these broken ones replaced. Other than that I appreciated the rush order and the customer service that I received.
